神妙無際, 龍精化玄; 海印無盡, 會濟眾靈。

                                                                           太一神龍

Omniscient and supernatural boundlessly,

Dragon essence performs wonderful transformations.

Ocean-seal* is vast and inexhaustible,

Assembly to aid all sentient beings.

*Metaphor for the highest stage of meditation in which the ocean of wisdom of the Buddha clearly reflects all phenomena.

神者，不可思議也。龍者，一切自在也。神龍者，乃佛也。佛即一切眾生之本有覺性，是名一切眾生皆可成佛，皆是神龍也。神龍海會乃一切生佛平等之海會。是故一切圓滿，皆大歡喜。法界空寂，本來無事耳。

Omniscient refers to being inconceivable (beyond human conception). Dragon refers being a master of oneself. Omniscient Dragon means a Buddha. A Buddha is the original enlightened nature of all beings, so all beings can become Buddha, all can be the omniscient dragon. Ocean Assembly Omniscient Dragon is the ocean assembly of equality among all sentient beings and Buddha; therefore, the whole is perfect to everyone’s delight and satisfaction. While the purified mind is in its nature state, free of obscuration and being tranquil, originally there is no phenomena and that is all.
